FAQ

  • I currently ship to the following countries: Canada, United States, Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, India, Indonesdia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Venezuela.

    For orders on non-sticker items to the EU, UK or anywhere else not listed above, you can purchase from my etsy storefront here: charlikesalmon.etsy.com

    International orders may be subject to additional customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping times will depend on your location. You can find shipping estimates below:

    Untracked (via Canada Post)

    Canada: 2-7 business days
    US and International: 7-20 business days

    Tracked (via ChitChats)

    Canada: 2-8 business days
    US: 6-14 business days
    Everywhere Else: 6-32 business days

  • If a link hasn’t been provided with your tracking number, you can insert your tracking number here: https://chitchats.com/tracking

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact me ASAP with the correct shipping information to change it. Otherwise, once an item has been shipped, I am unable to change it’s address.

  • While I do my best to package all orders so they arrive safely, I unfortunately have no control over how they’re handled in transit.

    If your order has arrived damaged, you can email me at charlottemaungart@gmail.com with your order number, and photos of the item, so we can work out a solution together!

  • Items with untracked shipping, such as stickers, may take longer to arrive due to Canada Post's rotating strikes. Please allow for some additional time for untracked items to be delivered.

    If your order hasn't arrived for up to 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date, please email me at charlottemaungart@gmail.com with your order number, and we can work out a solution together!

  • So long as a product isn't listed as "retiring", it will be restocked. I try to restock as frequently as I can - you can sign up for my mailing list to be notified first when an item restocks!
